These terms and conditions apply to the u99 platform (https://u99.world) and all its services. u99 provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

To use u99, you must:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Filing fraudulent chargeback claims
